By then it rarely repeats anything word for word. i.e. it introduces something new and imediately starts putting in complicated combinations with stuff you already know. It also gets funnier too: Are you alone? No my husband is here. I will go then. I've also found doing something else at the same time helps (although I think people who try it while driving are probably pushing it a bit). I tried the German series, made it about 15 lessons in, and things like not having not introduced the informal <em>du</em>, something heard constantly in spoken German, made me feel like it was crawling along and that I would be better off doing something else.
